At the moment the following seems best from what we have discussed on the chat...it's all subject to change but I hope it will be finalised by tonight.
I refer to them as guidelines as rules is often seen as an unpopular word. Guidelines comes across as more trying to help members see how the fed is run rather than coming across as orders.
TV
Day hasn't been decided yet. Deadlines will probably be night before. Show has already been named Crash Tv.
2 Rp Limit (More emphasis on quality over quantity)
PPV 4 Rp Limit (Occasionally we can do the "blind" rp rule for a big PPV match where people can't see what their opponent has said. I think we once did a 6 man match in NIWF where everyone had as temporary password protected board to post their RP. Obviously it would be better if Silvio, Ace and Eddie never do these matches as we have admin powers.)
Match Limit: I'm not a fan of multiple matches personally so would others prefer a 1 match limit?
Obviously rp'ers can not use other roster members without permission with the exception of commentators, referees, etc.
Owners
Ace and Silvio will be OOC co-owners of the fed.
It would probably make sense to have Luke John (who is of course the same handler as Ace but a separate character) as the PWR on screen owner.
Commentators
Al Walters (named after CEO Walt and Al Marin former NIWF and IWG owners)
Neal Steal (Heel Announcer but also considered Silvio's manager. Could possibly rotate the commentators and have a different heel announcer some weeks.)
Referees
?
Initial Booking
To crown the first champion each roster member will face each other once in a league format. Later arrivals will not be eligible for entry and will probably enter individual feuds or challenge for lower ranked titles...
The league would run like this...3 points for a win and 1 for a draw. Most likely won't be any draws unless the judging is so close.
Example (with the current roster)
WEEK 1 (Matches not essentially these pairings it will be random draw probably there's a "fixture making" site I found which can do that quickly. Of course they will not be called "fixtures" lol)
Silvio v Lance
Eddie v Josh
Hell v Bear
The Ace v ? (there currently isn't a 8th member)
Week 2
Eddie v Bear
Josh v Silvio
The Ace v Lance
Hell v ?
...and so on until week 7. Though we could initially have 2 shows a week because 7 weeks is a long time. 3 or 4 weeks might be better.
The best thing about this is that it isn't one big match. The champion will be the guy who performs best over an extended period. So this will give the champ a great record and instant credibility.
Once the world champion is decided in the opening few weeks the buildup to the first PPV will begin. The first PPV will likely be headlined by a one on one match with the challenger being the league runner up or a late/new arrival who didn't get entered in the league.
1 TV show a week (Maybe 2 at first depending on how many people enter the league
Titles
PWR World Championship (defended once a month but the champ can put it on the line more often if he (see below on women) chooses.
Others can be introduced depending on initial demand
Women characters...will they be allowed to challenge for the World Championship. In IWG I don't think Miyoko Kawashima was ever world champion (she most definitely would have been otherwise) due to a rule banning women from fighting for the top championship. Realistically a woman would never win the world title (even Chyna though I believe she wanted to Vince declined) and I do want to make things as realistic to real life as possible.
Booker/Match writer
Silvio (Though I will discuss matches with people on the chat and the staff board. I always try to do the most logical booking possible and gimmick matches would not be overdone therefore meaning more when they do take place. Rp's can be totally centred around the gimmick when this is done and made me an better rp'er as an example.)
Others have offered to help out writing matches though the commentary will be done by Silvio. If anyone wants to be a "guest commentator" though then they can write that in.
Judges
The Ace, Lance Invictus, Eddie perhaps. Hell as well because he offered at least for the opening weeks.
Graphics
Eddie
Recruitment
Everyone at first but overtime the Ace might take on this role officially.
Add-ins (Interference, in ring promos, etc)
Perhaps one random match a week will be selected with a bonus for add-ins. Otherwise add-ins won't count for anything but will still make the cards and storylines better thus will be encouraged.
Behaviour
It should be obvious really but in the guidelines it would probably be noted that cheating, abusing other members would probably lead to a ban. In my time as sole owner of NIWF though (In 2004 though I was staff at times after this) I believe only one person was banned and later reinstated. Obviously me and Ace have final decision on suspensions and bans.
Jay C of course banned several people probably all justified.
No shows will not be banned but might face account deletion if they become inactive for an extended period.
